Buying, selling, or trading in-game currency for real-world money ("real-world trading" or RWT) may violate the terms of service of the game publisher and can, at the publisher's discretion, result in penalties up to and including account suspension or termination. • Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain and generally cannot be reversed

We aim to deliver gold promptly after payment confirmation, with estimated delivery windows shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including in-game trading restrictions and verification checks used to prevent fraud.

• Attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a legitimate, completed transaction
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security features

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSGoldMines.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of a game account, in-game items, or in-game currency.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account found to be engaging in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
